So much of The New Man is about helping guys live kickass lives and I’d be full of shit if I didn’t share my secret weapon for doing so — it’s Sarah Ingier.

We’re an unlikely pair — she’s a clairvoyant with a liking for crystals, and I’m a dude who thinks a lot of that “mysterious world” is bullshit.

And yet — Sarah has seriously helped me out. She’s helped me improve every area of my life. And I’m not just talking about the measurable stuff. She’s really helped me learn how to weather “the storm” so much better. In short, she’s taught ME how to have a kickass life when life is kicking my ass.

Quit Making Things So Hard

We all want to live our dreams, to accomplish our goals AND truly, deeply enjoy our life. But many of us give up one for the pursuit of the other.

It doesn’t have to be that way. You can create the life you want with ease and flow. You can create the life you want AND have fun at the same time.

Things have gotten waaaay out of balance, so let’s cut the crap. Let’s take a look at the equation and rewrite it. Let’s have the guts to orient our lives around what invigorates us, what feeds us. Let’s stop trying to create out of fear and scarcity. It’s bullshit.
